Many USA based dementia advice makes reference to Alzheimer’s Disease interchangeably with dementia. If you are caring for someone with a form of dementia that is not Alzheimer’s, assume that the advice may apply to all forms of dementia.

UCLA Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care

The University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) has a series of videos providing guidance to carers of people living with dementia. Issues such as bathing, hallucinations, sundowning and more are demonstrated. Some of the videos are USA specific but there is a good coverage of videos that will be relevant to all carers.
