If you need long term support
Adelaide Hills Dementia Carers Social Support Group
The Adelaide Hills Dementia Carers Social Support Group was formed by former carers to meet with current carers. We offer support and guidance based on lived experience. Our aim is to remove that feeling of being alone in the carer’s role. Providing guidance on care strategies and engaging services when needed. We provide a safe environment for all to discuss their needs and concerns as they arise.
We meet at various locations throughout the Adelaide Hills to share our stories or have a laugh with others who understand.
